Low-density spray foam systems are specially formulated for insulation of commercial roofing, silos and stores. Low-density systems are also used in the production of scenic displays for theme parks & movie sets and for spray in place buoyancy/void filling in marine & boat building applications.

High-density spray foam systems are also available. These are commonly used where rapid, spray applied reinforcement of thin shell structures or components are required.
