Chemfoam® Moulding Foam Systems
Applications

Medium and high-density rigid polyurethane moulding foam systems are available for the production of high structural strength mouldings such as pipe supports, equipment housings, prosthetic appliances and furniture.

Other applications include the moulding of artificial timber components, ornate picture frames, saddle trees, insulated tiles, ceiling roses & cornices, artificial rock, fishing lures and novelties such as fridge magnets.

Chemfoam® rigid moulding foams faithfully reproduce the finest of mould surface details, making them perfect for the moulding of wood grained artificial timber objects. Moulded articles have the advantages over wood of high, uniform strength & dimensional stability and free machine ability.
