Low & medium density HR foams systems have been specifically engineered for the production of moulded seat cushions, back supports, head rests and other automotive/furniture related components.

Systems are also available for the production of moulded gaskets, seals, novelties and toys.

Medium density spray systems have been developed for covering large areas in flexible foam padding for impact protection and sound deadening.

Our Chemind Hi-Tec Polymers Chemfoam® HR cushion foam systems offer the following features:

• Densities from 35 kg/m3 to 150 kg/m3.
• All systems are environmentally friendly and contain no Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) and have negligible Global Warming Potential (GWP).
• Available in standard or fire retarded grades.
• Excellent moulding properties, foam flow and short demoulding times, allowing the rapid production of long or thin section components.
