Foamed elastomers are typically used to produce form-in-place seals and gaskets on automotive, electrical and construction related components. Applications include bead seals on air filter elements, door seals, weather proof seals on electrical enclosures and any other component that requires a soft but strong weather proof gasket.

Our Chemind Hi-Tec Polymers Chemfoam® foamed elastomer systems offer the following features:

• Densities from 200 kg/m3 to 600 kg/m3.
• All systems are environmentally friendly and contain no Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) and have negligible Global Warming Potential (GWP).
• Available in standard or fire retarded grades.
