Chempol™ - Wood Chip & Natural Fibre Binders
Description
Single-pack, moisture-curing polyurethane binders suitable for the conversion of wood chip and fibre into sheet building materials and construction products.
Chempol binders allow rapid, steam cured production of low, medium and high density sheet products by compression moulding. The resulting products have excellent resistance to moisture & heat and release no formaldehyde vapour.
Uses
- Production of wood based chip and fibre board
- Binder for plant fibre such as coconut fibre or rice hulls to produce light weight, porous, biodegradable soil stabilisation mats

- Moisture cured, VOC free polyurea modified polyurethane binders
- A range of soft to firm formulations available
- High strength pure polyurethane – not diluted with plasticisers or fillers
- Excellent wet-out of wood particles and fibres
