Chempol™ - Timber Lamination Adhesives

Description
Single-pack, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesives designed specifically for bonding of softwood laminations in plywood manufacture processes.  Chempol® Timber Lamination Adhesives provide excellent penetration into and bond strength between laminations and can be cured using conventional steam pressing equipment.
Lower press temperatures, fast cycle times, reduced manufacturing energy costs and products having zero phenol or formaldehyde emissions are benefits available through use of these Chempol® adhesives.

Uses

• Production of low emission, softwood ply laminates
• Production of structural laminated beams
