High performance, spray applied, rigid polyurethane foams available in a range of low and high densities for thermal insulation and structural applications.

Uses
Low-Density Spray Foam

1. Specially formulated as insulation to commercial roofing, livestock sheds, wineries, silos & cold storage facilities
2. Also used in the production of scenic displays for theme parks & movie sets and as spray-in-place buoyancy or void-filling in marine & boat building applications

High Density Spray Foam

1. Rapid production of light weight, spray applied reinforcement of thin shell structures and components such as artificial rocks

Features

1. In-place sprayed densities from 32 kg/m³ to 500 kg/m³
2. Available in standard polyurethane, fire retarded polyurethane or PIR modified grades
3. Excellent adhesion to a variety of prepared substrates
4. Superior thermal insulation & physical properties
5. Maintains high insulation properties for life
6. Excellent lay-down and smooth finish on cool or warm substrates
7. High dimensional stability – does not shrink like other spray foams
8. Does not settle & compress with time
