Chempol™ - Recycled Foam Underlay Binders

Description
Single-pack, moisture-curing polyurethane binders suitable for the production of carpet underlay materials, by the steam cured log-and-peel process, from shredded flexible polyurethane foam scrap.  Recycling of foam scrap from polyurethane foam mattress production and similar processes has long been a valuable means of dealing with a problematic waste product.

• Production of high performance carpet underlay products
• Manufacture of sheet lining materials for sound deadening

• Based on low toxicity MDI binder technology
• High strength pure polyurethane – not diluted with plasticisers or fillers
