Chempol™ - Polystyrene Compatible Adhesives

Description
Single-pack, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesives designed specifically for bonding of polystyrene foam sheet to a variety of substrates, including sheet steel roofing, plywood, compressed fibre cement, stainless steel and aluminium.
Available in a number of cure rates from 5 minutes to 40 minutes, or can be provided with a separate catalyst package allowing cure rate control by the user.
Slight expansion of the product occurs during cure, ensuring high penetration of the adhesive into polystyrene foam substrates.  These adhesives are also suitable for bonding of polyurethane, polyisocyanurate or phenolic foam products.

• Discontinuous production of rigid faced, foam cored insulated wall, roof and flooring panels
• Sound attenuating dividing walls or roadside barriers
• Cold room panel construction

• High strength pure polyurethane – not diluted with plasticisers or fillers
