Low and medium density High Resilience (HR) flexible foam systems, specifically engineered for the production of moulded cushion-like products.

• Production of moulded seat cushions, back supports, head rests and other automotive, transport, marine & furniture related components
• Moulded gaskets and seals
• Novelties and toys
• Flexible product as cavity filling for reduction of panel vibration

• Designed for processing through low or high pressure plural component dispensing equipment
• Densities from 40 kg/m³ to 150 kg/m³
• Available in standard or fire retarded grades
• Excellent moulding properties and foam flow
• Superior physical properties
• High reactivity, fast cure and short demould times
