Chemfoam® - Hardcoat Spray Elastomers

Description
Hard, tuff but flexible, fast curing polyurethane spray elastomers designed specifically for the “hardcoating” of architectural EPS, sprayed polyurethane foam and other easily damaged substrates.
Once applied, the hardcoat provides the underlying substrate with tough, damage and impact resistant properties.  The cured hardcoat surface can be finished using conventional architectural coatings.

Uses

• Protective coating to light weight in EPS (Expanded Polystyrene Foam), XPS (Extruded Polystyrene Foam) or PUF (Polyurethane Foam) architectural profiles.  Clean, dry sand can be broadcast into the hardcoat surface before it cures, producing an even finish ready for finish painting or rendering
• Hail & water resistant protective coating to external applications of polyurethane spray foam insulation

• Available in a range of hardness – from 90°A to 50°D
