Description
A range of easy to use, hand-mixed, pour-in-place polyurethane foams, available in a variety of low and medium densities for thermal insulation, buoyancy and cavity filling applications.

Uses
Low-Density Pour Foam

• Insulation of cold storage facilities, refrigeration units, picnic coolers, process vessels and storage tanks plus for general purpose cavity filling
• Foam systems are also available for buoyancy applications in pleasure craft, pontoons and buoys

Medium Density Pour Foam

• Manufacture of orthopaedic appliances and taxidermy applications

Features

• Designed for simple “hand-mix” processing or through standard low or high pressure plural component dispensing equipment
• Densities from 25 kg/m³ to over 100 kg/m³
• Available in standard polyurethane and fire retarded grades
• Excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates
• Extended working time & superior foam flow characteristics
• Formulated with the environment in mind
  -   zero ODP/zero GWP/zero VOC systems and
  -   zero ODP/low GWP/zero VOC systems are available
• High thermal insulation, dimensional stability & physical properties
• Maintains high insulation properties – does not compress over time
• As with all of our products, systems can be specifically formulated to suit your requirements and process
