1. Chemind – Chembond

Description: Bonding Agent - Synthetic polymer emulsion to modify and reinforce cement mortar, topping, patching compounds and plasters. It bonds to all surfaces and is compatible with all Chemind and Grace waterproofing products.
Uses: Repairs & Restoration.

2. Chemind – Chemcote W

Description: Epoxy Coating – Two-pack, high build, modified solventless epoxy coating. Used to seal PU coatings and old membranes; waterproof wet walls or floors; protect from positive water pressure and chemical attack. It bonds to damp surfaces and most substrates.
Uses: Pools & Water Features, Water Storage Tanks, Repairs & Restoration.

3. Chemind – Chem-Fix

Description: Ceramic Tile Adhesive – Premium quality ceramic tile adhesives for walls and floors, designed for use with Chemind Membrane Waterproofing Systems. Conform to AS3958.1-1991 and AS3959.2-1992.
Grades:
Chem-fix Super – Two Part rubber based, flexible ceramic tile adhesive for floors and walls including pools.
Chem-fix Std – GP, polymer modified, one-part powder type, ceramic tile adhesive for floors and walls.
Chem-fix White – As Std grade, but self-grouting - used for marble or mosaic tiles.
Chem-fix Acoustiflex – Acoustic rated, flexible one-part polyurethane adhesive for ceramic, stone or timber flooring & bonding/sealing Chemind Sound-Shield acoustic mat.
Uses: Bathrooms & Wet Areas, Roofing, Balconies & Terrace Decks, Podium Slabs, Repairs & Restoration.

4. Chemind – Chemflex

Description: Joint Sealant - Gun applied, one part, moisture curing, paintable, polyurethane mastic sealant. It remains permanently flexible and bonds to most surfaces.
Grades:
Chemflex FC – Fast Cure.
Chemflex LM – Low Modulus GP use.
Uses: Repairs & Restoration and with Chemind waterproofing membranes for joint sealing, gap filling and angle fillets.

5. Chemind – Chemsil

Description: Clear Waterproofing Sealer – UV stable, invisible liquid which prevents passage of water and rising damp but allows substrate to breathe. It penetrates and condenses deep within substrates such as brick, off-form concrete (plain or coloured), masonry block, cement render, sandstone, exposed aggregate, precast concrete and tilt-up panels. A1 grade is used for injection DPC.
Grades:
Chemsil A1 – Brick, Sandstone, Limestone, Bluestone, Injection DPC.
Chemsil XBC – Concrete, Block, Cement Render, Exposed Aggregate.
Uses: Awnings & Hoods, External Walls, Parapets & Planter Walls, Repairs & Restoration.

6. Chemind – Epocote F100W

Description: Water Based Epoxy – A two part, economical roll-on, low odour, hardwearing coating and sealer. Cures to a tough, fully bonded, protective waterproof barrier on concrete, cement render, metal and fibre cement. Also used as barrier coat on rising-damp floors or walls and vapour proof primer to Chemind membrane systems on exposed roofing or in water containing structures.
Grades:
Epocote F100W Grey – Coloured floor and wall coating or sealer.
Epocote F100W Clear – Primer sealer for exposed Chemind roof or deck membranes and concrete sealer.
Uses: Pools & Water Features, Plant Room Floors, Basement Floor Slabs, Water Storage Tanks, Repairs & Restoration.

7. Chemind – Waterstop Plug

Description: Water Blocking Putty - Rapid setting, cementicious powder used to stop water leaks instantly. Used in conjunction with Epocote F100W or Chemcote W for repair of leaks in water tanks, lift pits, tunnels, basement walls or floors.
