2. Grace – Bituthene® 3000

Description: Sheet Waterproofing Membrane – High performance, guaranteed waterproofing membrane with 36 Years of Proven Success Worldwide. Original cold applied, non-hazardous, 1.5mm thick double layer, self-adhesive rubber-bitumen membrane technology developed by
W.R. Grace. It does not release toxic fumes during installation, is extremely flexible and will accommodate differential movement throughout life of structure. Unaffected by wet weather and may be immediately covered with Chemind Protectoboard, Protectodrain or Rapid-Drain before landscaping, concrete topping or other paving systems.
Uses: Lift Pits, Roofing, Balconies & Terrace Decks, Planter Boxes, Paved Car Park Decks, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls, Basement Floor Slabs.

3. Chemind – Fastflex

Description: Liquid Two-Part Membrane – A fast cure, easy to use, non-hazardous, elastic, polymer-rubber/cement membrane ideally suited to expedite waterproofing requirements. Complies with AS3740. It remains flexible and can be applied to most surfaces. It may be covered with Chemind Protectoboard, Protectodrain or Rapid-Drain before landscaping, covered with PE slip-sheet and concrete topping or other paving systems. It bonds totally to the surface, is self-flashing and bridges cracks in the substrate to prevent root penetration.

It can be applied to all substrates, bonds totally to the surface and bridges cracks in the substrate to prevent root penetration. It may be covered with Chemind Protectoboard, Protectodrain or Rapid-Drain before landscaping, covered with PE slip-sheet and concrete topping or other paving systems. 5. Chemind – Newflex

Description: Liquid Waterproof Membrane – A premium quality, one-part, seam-free, permanently elastic, water-based synthetic rubber membrane with CSIRO Appraisal 162. It is non-hazardous, does not require metal flashings, can be applied over most construction materials, bonds totally to the surface and bridges cracks in the substrate to prevent root penetration. Cover with PE slip-sheet and concrete topping; paving slabs on Chemind Multi-Pads; Ceramic Tiles bonded with Chemind Chem-Fix adhesives; PP Synthetic Grass; Chemind Rapid-Drain, Protectoboard or Protectodrain and Landscaping; Chemind Protectoboard and 50mm thick 12mm stone ballast; IRMA Thermal Insulation using Roofmate™; Acoustic Insulation using Chemind Sound-Shield or other paving systems. It may be painted or rendered over.

6. Grace – Procor® 75

Description: Liquid Rubber Membrane – World patented technology from W. R. Grace - a spray applied, two-part liquid, cold applied, self-flashing, fast cure elastomeric latex polymer. Quickly covers large areas giving a tough rubber, waterproof barrier to prevent root penetration. Chemind Rapid Drain or Protectoboard can be laid immediately allowing rapid finishing. Does not generate toxic fumes, does not contain isocyanates and will accommodate differential movement throughout the service life of the structure. Cover with concrete topping; paving slabs on Chemind Multi-Pads; mortar or sand bed; Landscaping or IRMA Thermal Insulation using Roofmate™; Acoustic Insulation using Chemind Sound-Shield or other paving systems.

Membrane Protection:

1. Chemind – Protectoboard

Description: Protection Sheet – Highly impact and damage resistant, light-weight, plastic fluted board designed to protect Chemind and Grace tanking membranes from backfill damage. May be used with Chemind Rapid-Drain to prevent silting and facilitate drainage.
Uses: Lift Pits, Planter Boxes, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls.

2. Chemind – Protectodrain

Description: Protection & Drainage Sheet – Low cost, tough plastic cuspated sheet used as drainage and protection for Chemind and Grace tanking membranes.
May be used with Chemind Rapid-Drain to prevent silting and facilitate drainage.
Uses: Lift Pits, Planter Boxes, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls.

3. Chemind – Rapid-Drain

Description: Drainage Cell - Combines tough 12mm dimpled plastic sheet and geotextile filter layer as a drainage composite. Provides a permanent pathway for rapid flow of water to outlet drains. Reduces hydrostatic load on tanking membranes, prevents blockages and also provides tanking membranes with protection from damage during backfilling or maintenance.
