1. Grace – Bituthene® 3000

Description: Sheet Waterproofing Membrane – High performance, guaranteed underslab membrane with 36 Years of Proven Success Worldwide. Original cold applied, non-hazardous, 1.5mm thick double layer, self-adhesive rubber-bitumen membrane technology developed by
W.R. Grace. It does not release toxic fumes during installation, is extremely flexible and will accommodate differential movement throughout life of structure.
Used in conjunction with Grace Preprufe® under floor slabs on unstable sub-base. It may be covered with Chemind Protectoboard, Protectodrain or Rapid-Drain and then backfilled immediately.
Uses: Lift Pits, Roofing, Balconies & Terrace Decks, Planter Boxes, Paved Car Park Decks, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls, Basement Floor Slabs.

2. Chemind – Fastflex

Description: Liquid Two-Part Membrane – Easy to use, fast cure, economical, non-hazardous, polymer-rubber/cement membrane ideally suited to expedite waterproofing requirements. Remains flexible and can be applied to most surfaces. It may be covered with Chemind Protectoboard, Protectodrain or Rapid-Drain and backfilled after overnight drying. It bonds totally to the surface, is self-flashing and bridges cracks in the substrate to prevent root penetration.
Uses: Lift Pits, Bathrooms & Wet Areas, Balconies & Terrace Decks, Planter Boxes, Hobs & Sills, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls.

3. Chemind – Hydroflex

Description: Liquid Waterproofing Membrane – Easy to use, economical, water based, synthetic rubber modified bitumen membrane which remains permanently flexible, is non-hazardous and self-flashing. It can be applied to all substrates, bonds totally to the surface and bridges cracks in the substrate to prevent root penetration. It may be covered with Chemind Protectoboard, Protectodrain or Rapid-Drain before backfilling.
Uses: Lift Pits, Planter Boxes, Hobs & Sills, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls.

4. Grace – Preprufe® 160R

Description: Sheet Waterproofing Membrane – Blind-Side waterproofing to non-accessable walls or to floor slabs on unstable substrates. Unique Grace World patented technology - bonds to fresh concrete. Easily applied to blinding slab, shotcrete, lost-formwork, existing structures, detailed to pile-caps, penetrations and turned up against perimeter formwork. Guaranteed permanent waterproofing and compatible with Grace Bituthene® or Chemind membranes on walls and adjacent surfaces, to provide a continuous waterproof membrane envelope.
Uses: Lift Pits, Basement Retaining Walls, Tunnels, Basement Floor Slabs.

Membrane Protection:

1. Chemind – Protectoboard

Description: Protection Sheet – Highly impact and damage resistant, light-weight, plastic fluted board designed to protect Chemind and Grace tanking membranes from backfill damage. Used with Chemind Rapid Drain to facilitate foundation drainage.
Uses: Lift Pits, Planter Boxes, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls.

2. Chemind – Protectodrain

Description: Protection & Drainage Sheet – Low cost, tough plastic cuspated sheet used as drainage and protection for Chemind and Grace tanking membranes. May be used with
Chemind Rapid-Drain to facilitate foundation drainage.
Uses: Lift Pits, Planter Boxes, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls.

3. Chemind – Rapid-Drain

Description: Drainage Cell - Combines tough 12mm dimpled plastic sheet and geotextile filter layer as a drainage composite. Provides a permanent pathway for rapid flow of water to foundation drainage. Reduces hydrostatic load on tanking membranes, prevents blockages and also provides tanking membranes with protection from damage during backfilling.
Uses: Lift Pits, Planter Boxes, Podium Slabs (Landscaping), Basement Retaining Walls.
