1. Chemind – Aquagard

Description: Liquid Waterproof Membrane – A premium quality, one-part, seam-free, non-hazardous, permanently elastic, synthetic rubber membrane with CSIRO Appraisal 162, conforms to AS 3740. Applied as a seam-free waterproofing strip to hobs, sills, window reveals, set downs and perimeter flashings, over all surfaces.
It may be painted or rendered over. Tiles may be bonded directly using Chemind Chem-Fix adhesives.
Grades:
Aquagard Blue – Water based synthetic rubber.
Aquagard “M” – Fast cure, high build, polyurethane rubber.
Uses: Pools & Water Features, Bathrooms & Wet Areas, Roofing & Parapets, Balconies & Terrace Decks, Planter Boxes, Hobs & Sills, Paved Car Park Decks, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls.

2. Chemind – Fastflex

Description: Liquid Two-Part Membrane – A fast cure, easy to use, non-hazardous, elastic, polymer-rubber/cement membrane ideally suited to expedite waterproofing requirements. Complies with AS3740. It remains flexible and can be applied to damp substrates and most surfaces.
It may be painted or rendered over. Tiles may be bonded directly using Chemind Chem-Fix adhesives.
Uses: Lift Pits, Bathrooms & Wet Areas, Balconies & Terrace Decks, Planter Boxes, Hobs & Sills, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls.

3. Chemind – Hydroflex

Description: Liquid Waterproofing Membrane – Easy to use, economical, water based, synthetic rubber modified bitumen membrane which remains permanently flexible, is non-hazardous and self-flashing. It can be applied to all substrates, bonds totally to the surface and bridges cracks in the substrate.
It may be painted or rendered over. Tiles may be bonded directly using Chemind Chem-Fix adhesives.
Uses: Lift Pits, Planter Boxes, Hobs & Sills, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls.

4. Chemind – Newflex

Description: Liquid Waterproofing Membrane – A premium quality, one-part, seam-free, permanently elastic, water-based synthetic rubber membrane with CSIRO Appraisal 162, conforms to AS 3740. It is non-hazardous, does not require metal flashings, bonds totally to the surface and bridges cracks in the substrate. Applied as a seam-free waterproofing strip to hobs, sills, window reveals, set downs and perimeter flashings, over all surfaces.

Grades:
Newflex – All purpose liquid elastomer membrane.
Newflex R-100 – Contains linear microfibres for strength and ease of use.
Newflex W.A.M. – Specially formulated for all wet area membrane applications.
