1. Grace – Bituthene® 3000

Description: Sheet Waterproofing Membrane – High performance, guaranteed waterproofing membrane with 36 Years of Proven Success Worldwide. Original cold applied, non-hazardous, 1.5mm thick double layer, self-adhesive rubber-bitumen membrane technology developed by
W.R. Grace. It does not release toxic fumes during installation, is extremely flexible and will accommodate differential movement throughout life of structure. Applied to blinding layer and used in conjunction with Grace Preprufe® 160R on inaccessible vertical surfaces. It can be laid quickly, is unaffected by wet weather and covered with reinforced concrete slab immediately.
Uses: Lift Pits, Roofing, Balconies & Terrace Decks, Planter Boxes, Paved Car Park Decks, Podium Slabs, Basement Retaining Walls, Basement Floor Slabs.

2. Chemind – Chemclear

Description: Clear Coating – Non-yellowing, abrasion resistant clear sealer. Designed as anti-dusting agent, oil and grease resistant sealer for car park and garage floors, brick paving, slate, exposed aggregate or stencilled surfaces.
Uses: External Walls, Car Park Decks, Basement Floor Slabs.

3. Chemind – Epocote F100W

Description: Water Based Epoxy – A two-pack, low odour, hardwearing, oil, petrol and grease resistant coating and sealer for car park and garage floors that cures to a tough, fully bonded, protective waterproof barrier. Economical, roll-on application - clear or coloured chemical and slip resistant finishes are available.
Uses: Pools & Water Features, Plant Room Floors, Repairs & Restoration, Basement Floor Slabs, Water Storage Tanks.

4. Grace – Florprufe® 120

Description: Sheet Vapour Barrier DPM – Unique patented W. R. Grace technology, high performance, water and vapour-proof barrier membrane that chemically bonds to the underside of concrete slabs. Specifically designed to protective moisture sensitive flooring (timber) and sheet vinyl flooring bonded to slab on ground, especially in high water table areas or sloping terrain. It is laid over a compacted base.
Uses: Basement Floor Slabs and Slab on Ground.

5. Grace – Preprufe® 160R

Description: Sheet Waterproofing Membrane – Blind-Side waterproofing to non-accessable walls or to floor slabs on unstable substrates. Unique Grace world patented technology - bonds to fresh concrete. Easily applied to blinding slab, shotcrete, lost-formwork, existing structures, detailed to pile-caps, penetrations and turned up against perimeter formwork. Guaranteed permanent waterproofing and compatible with Grace Bituthene® or Chemind membranes on walls and adjacent surfaces, to provide a continuous waterproof membrane envelope.
Uses: Lift Pits, Basement Retaining Walls, Tunnels, Basement Floor Slabs.
